On January 20, TCL Founder and Chairman Mr. Li Dongsheng visited Tonly for an inspection and guidance session. He was accompanied throughout the visit by Tonly’s CEO Yu Guanghui, COO Song Yonghong, SVP & CMO Wang Xiaofeng, SVP Zhai Dengyun, SVP Chen Xinwen, and other members of the management team.

As the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake approaches, Chairman Li distributed red envelopes to representatives of Tonly employees as a gesture of care and appreciation. With a warm smile, he personally handed each red envelope to employees, shook their hands, and offered his New Year’s greetings. The employees, in turn, accepted the red envelopes with beaming smiles.

Chairman Li toured the speaker automation workshop and the TWS automation workshop, where he received detailed explanations on equipment configuration and production processes, as well as updates on customers and business operations. He paused along the efficiently running production lines to observe and inquire about specific details, expressing appreciation for the production capacity and management standards.

In the showroom on the second floor of the main office building, staff presented the features and functions of Tonly’s product portfolio. Chairman Li closely observed the live demonstrations, inquired about application scenarios and market performance, and even tested the audio effects of a Dolby Atmos Soundbar on-site. He acknowledged Tonly’s capabilities in product diversification.

During the discussion session, each attendee introduced themselves to Chairman Li. He then remarked that Tonly had reached a record high in profitability in 2024, a result supported by its internal core competencies. However, he also pointed out areas for improvement: “We can’t remain in the ‘Red Ocean’—we need a ‘Blue Ocean’ strategy. Breakthroughs come through innovation. By embracing innovation and differentiation, we can open new markets. Seeing the new spirit of Tonly’s team today gives me even more confidence in the company’s future. I thank everyone for their contributions to the company’s development and wish Tonly success in achieving its future goals.
