Mr. Yu Guanghui, born in April 1968, is a Hong Kong citizen, without other right of permanent residence abroad. He graduated from the Shaanxi Normal University with a Master's degree in Physics in 1993, and obtained a MBA degree from Peking University in 2005 and an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2009. From July 1993 to March 1994, he served as a sales engineer of Shouhua Science Park of TCL Group; from March 1994 to June 1996, he served as the production manager of LG Electronics(Huizhou) INC.; from June 1996 to August 2013, he successively served as the factory manager, senior executive vice president and CEO of TCL Electronics Holdings Limited; from August 2013 to November 2021, he served as CEO and chairman of TCL Technoly Electronics (Huizhou) CO., LTD.; since November 2021, he has served as director and general manager of the company. 

Mr. Song Yonghong was born in July 1967, with Chinese nationality but without the right of permanent residence abroad. He graduated from Shaanxi Normal University with a bachelor's degree in physics in 1990 and obtained an IEMBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2012. From July 1997 to July 2001, he served as manager of Guangdong Dongguan Jinzheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd.; from July 2001 to July 2003, he served as manager of Shenzhen Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd.; from August 2003 to November 2021, he served as CEO and chairman of TCL Technoly Electronics (Huizhou) CO., LTD.; since November 2021, he has served as director and general manager of the company. 

Mr. Ren Xuenong, born in October 1970, with Chinese nationality but without the right of permanent residence abroad. He graduated from Hunan College of Finance and Economics in 1991 and obtained a bachelor's degree from Central China Normal University in 2017. From August 1991 to March 1994, he served as accountant of Miluo Abrasive Tools Factory in Hunan Province; from April 1994 to April 1996, he served as accountant of Guangdong Huizhou Great Wall Electronics Group; from May 1996 to April 2001, he served as financial manager of TCL King Electrical Appliances (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.; from February 2002 to May 2004, he served as financial manager of Shenzhen Founder Technology Co., Ltd.; from July 2004 to November 2021, he served as financial controller and director of TCL Technoly Electronics (Huizhou) CO., LTD.; since November 2021, he has served as chief financial officer and director of the company. 

Mr. Wang Jin was born in 1980, with Chinese nationality but without the right of permanent residence abroad. He was graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a postgraduate diploma and a master's degree, and obtained a Chinese University of Hong Kong-Tsinghua FMBA degree. From July 2008 to March 2011, he served as project manager and project director of Ever Bloom Investment Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.; from March 2011 to January 2017, he served as IR manager and director of the board office of TCL Group Co., Ltd.; from January 2017 to October 2021, he served as director of the board office, director of the president office, secretary of the board of directors and director of Shenzhen Yinghe Technology Co., Ltd.; since March 2022, he has been secretary of the board of directors of Tonly Technology Co., Ltd.
