TCL Q1 2025 Digital Committee & Smart Manufacturing Club Outstanding Project Awards Ceremony Successfully Held

The TCL Q1 2025 Digital Committee Meeting and Extended Session was successfully held on April 2 in Huizhou. The event gathered over 600 participants, including TCL Technology COO and Digital Committee Director Wang Cheng, Getech CEO and Committee Deputy Director He Jun, digital transformation leads across TCL's business units, smart manufacturing experts, project award recipients, and online attendees.

The conference consisted of five major segments: AI+ Enterprise Implementation Training & Enablement, ITSSC Progress & Updates, AI Empowerment Planning, the 2024 Smart Manufacturing Club Outstanding Project Awards, and Industrial Smart Manufacturing Sharing. The meeting was hosted by Li Futao from the Group’s Digital Transformation Department.


Accenture experts were specially invited to deliver a training session, covering implementation insights for generative AI in enterprises and real-world use cases from multinational corporations across marketing, supply chain, and production. Li Futao then presented the construction and operational plans for ITSSC. He Jun emphasized its critical strategic goals, followed by a concluding speech from Wang Cheng, who highlighted the rising demands digital transformation must meet as TCL expands and diversifies globally.


The awards ceremony for the 2024 Smart Manufacturing Club Outstanding Projects followed. After a rigorous process involving submissions, preliminary selection, and expert evaluation, a total of 30 projects were honored: 2 Grand Prizes, 4 First Prizes, 12 Second Prizes, and 12 Third Prizes. Group and business unit leaders presented the awards to the winning teams. Tonly's Automation Technology Innovation Project, Nason Speaker Management System Project, Micro Speaker Fully Automated Line Implementation Project, and Automation Efficiency Improvement Project were awarded First, Second, and Third Prizes respectively.

Representatives from Huaxing, TCL Industries, Zhonghuan, Moka, and Tonly each gave presentations on smart manufacturing practices in their respective sectors. The event concluded with wrap-up remarks from He Jun and Wang Cheng, reinforcing TCL’s commitment to embedding AI and smart manufacturing deeply into its operations and accelerating its growth across all sectors.
