"Security concerns all of us, and information security depends on everyone". In order to enhance the information security awareness of all employees and effectively avoid information security incidents, the kick-off meeting of "Information Security Activity Month" led by the Management Engineering Department was held in Training Room 1 of the Complex Building on November 1. The leaders present at this meeting included the management of the company, the managers of every center and the persons in charge of information security. 

The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Director of Management Engineering Department. In his opening statement, he mentioned that the information security problem of the company had become increasingly prominent, which needed to be paid attention to by all the staff of the company. 

The meeting officially started with a speech by the management representative. With the rapid development of the company, the head of each center should treat information security and production security as equally important, attach importance to and strengthen information security work, and support the smooth and orderly development of the company. 

At the meeting, colleagues from the Legal Department explained typical cases of information security to raise the security awareness of meeting participants. Then, Mr. Liu, Director of Information Management Department, shared the current information security IT technology with everyone. 

After that, the Deputy Director of Management Engineering Department introduced the arrangement of Information Security Activity Month. During the activity month, security knowledge will be publicized by holding information security knowledge contests, training activities, outdoor practical exercises and other activities, so as to expand the coverage and influence of publicity and create a good production atmosphere that ensures information security. Afterwards, colleagues from Management Engineering Department introduced the improvement and promotion scheme of ISO27001 Information Security Management System. 

Finally, the management representative of the company made a summary statement. Amid the current complex and changeable situation, information security is very important for the steady development of the company. The head of each center should improve ideological understanding, strengthen the assignment of responsibilities, strengthen information supervision, do a good job in normal management, and promote the implementation of information security work. 

Before the end of the meeting, the leaders attending the meeting and the heads of every center signed their names and made promises.
